ORAL ORDER
27-07-2026 Heard the parties.
2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s): “for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to remove the forcible and illegal Patna High Court CWJC No.11766 of 2025(4) dt.27-07-2026
encroachment made by Private Respondent no. 11 to 17 over the Nokha Rajpur P.W.D. Road situated in front of the house / land of petitioner bearing khata no.389, Plot No. 3331 and Khata No.216, Plot No. 3332 , situated at North side as due to the illegal and forcible encroachment of Private Respondents upon the part of P.W.D. Road, Nokha -Rajpur The petitioner and other persons are facing difficulty to move in their houses and/or pass any other order/orders for which the petitioner's found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching before the appropriate authority/competent court for the redressal of the grievance.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection.
5. In that background, granting liberty as recorded above, the writ petition is disposed of.
