1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, fairly submits that process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has been issued and thereafter argued vehemently for some time but then realizing his difficulty seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
