1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Special PP for the State.
2. The Court has gone through the grounds taken in the limitation application and finds that the same is cryptic, as such, is not inclined to condone the delay of 431 days in filing the appeal.
3. The limitation application along with the appeal is, thus, dismissed.
