1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Learned APP files a counter affidavit on behalf of the Investigating Officer of the case.
3. Learned APP submits that name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of apprehended accused. It is next submitted that petitioner earlier was implicated in a case relating to codein for which Mahalgaon PS Case No. 387 of 2018 was instituted, but then petitioner in the instant anticipatory bail application at Para 3 has pleaded that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent which amply demonstrates that petitioner has not approached the Court with clean hands.
4. Since no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37027 of 2026(3) dt.23-07-2026
the anticipatory bail application is dismissed for non- prosecution
