1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Sadanand Paswan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, after arguing for some times realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the limitation application as well as the appeal with liberty to the appellant to surrender and seek regular bail.
3. Permission is accorded.
