1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application, as process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioners and the case is of the year 2000.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
