ORAL ORDER
20-07-2026 Heard the parties.
2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): “(i) To quash the order dated 28.06.23 passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal in BLT Case No. 376 of 2021 as well as order dated 11.07.2015 passed by the D.C.L.R. Nawada (Res.-4) in Mutation appeal no.16 of 2014 which was passed in Ex- parte and further direct the respondents to conform the order dated 14.02.2020 passed by the Patna High Court CWJC No.7535 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2026
Additional Collector Nawada in Mutation Revision No. 90 of 2015-16 in connection with Mauza, Majaur, P.S. + Circle Warsaliganj, Distt- Nawada, bearing New Khata No.136, New plot no. 5247, area 12 decimal New Khata No. 611, New Plot No. 2938, area 11 decimal New khata no. 613, New Plot no. 5212, area 12 dismal. New plot no. 2937, area 7 decimal New Plot No. 5223 area 1.24 decimal, New Plot, New Plot No. 5120, area 7 decimal, New Plot No. 5119 area 7 decimal, New khata no. 622 New plot no. 5118 area 10 decimal and new khata no.210 new plot no. 5258 area 22 decimal total area 2 Acre 12 decimal.
(ii) To issue a writ/ writs, order/orders, direction directions to the Res. to confirm the Mutation dated 08.04.2013 vide Mutation No. 8666 in favour of the petitioner on the basis of registered sale deed dated 03.12.2012 executed by Gauri Devi in favour of the petitioner.
(iii) Any other relief or reliefs as deem fit and proper for the interest of justice.”
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the Patna High Court CWJC No.7535 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2026
petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to agitate the matter in accordance with law.
4. Granting such liberty, the writ petition dismissed as withdrawn.
