ORAL ORDER
17-07-2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. A report has been placed on record and from perusal of the same, it transpires that the POCSO Trial No. 22/2019 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014 has been disposed of on 27.03.2025 while the separated trial of POCSO Trial No. 22A/2019 also arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014 has been disposed of on 05.06.2025.
3. In view of the above, the present application has Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28883 of 2016(6) dt.17-07-2026
become infructuous.
