ORAL ORDER

2 16-07-2026

1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioners, learned APP is present.

2. The learned APP at the outset submits that from perusal of the order impugned, it would manifest that anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was rejected by the learned District Court by an order dated 07.12.2021 and five years thereafter the instant anticipatory bail application has been preferred which amply demonstrates that petitioners are moving at their leisure.

3. Since no one appears on behalf of the petitioners, the case is dismissed for non prosecution.
