It is further submitted that the learned trial Court has relied upon the School Leaving Certificate of the victim, according to which her date of birth of the victim is 03.05.2009. Learned counsel contends that the School Leaving Certificate is not a valid document for the determination of age under Section 94 of the Juvenile Justice (care and Protection of Children) Act. It is further submitted that from perusal of the medical examination report, it transpires that the doctors have assessed the age of the victim to be between 18 to 19 years. It is further submitted that it is a case of romantic relationship between two majors. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 10.04.2026 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
