ORAL ORDER

14-07-2026 Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. N.H. Khan, learned Standing Counsel No.

1.

2. The challenge in the present writ petition is made to an order dated 28.03.2017 passed by respondent no. 10 in Appeal Case No. 06 of 2015 by which the appeal preferred by Patna High Court CWJC No.6503 of 2026(3) dt.14-07-2026

the petitioner against her removal from the post of Panchayat Siksha Mitra has been dismissed.

3. This Court is appalled to see the conduct of the petitioner, knowing very well that the post of Panchayat Siksha Mitra is no more in existence after coming into force of Bihar Panchayat Primary Teachers (Appointment and Service Condition) Rules, 2026 with effect from 01.07.2006. The termination order of the Panchayat Siksha Mitra dated 15.11.2005 was questioned after nine years by filing an appeal, which stood dismissed in the year 2017 and again this order has been challenged after nine years by filing the present writ petition pima facie this Court considers it as a criminal wastage of the precious time of the Court, besides a frivolous litigation having no bona fide claim.

4. In view thereof, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
