ORAL ORDER
2 10-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present modification application has been filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 11.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21831 of 2025.
3. In view of the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Rahul Kumar and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 11.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21831 of 2025 is extended by three weeks’ from today.
4. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
