ORAL ORDER
10-07-2026 The present restoration application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 1952 of 2026 which stood dismissed for default for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 20.01.2026.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a supplementary-affidavit in compliance of the order dated 20.01.2026 on 02.02.2026 but the Office without verifying the same has dismissed the petition of the petitioner.
3. Considering the aforesaid facts, Cr. Misc. No. 1952 of 2026 is restored to its original file.
4. Let the matter i.e., Cr. Misc. No. 1952 of 2026 be put up under the heading “For Admission”.
