ORAL ORDER
09-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for quashing the FIR bearing Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018.
3. As per the status report dated 23.05.2026 of the learned Trial Court, Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018 has already been disposed of on 18.02.2020.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application may be disposed as the same became infructuous.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
