ORAL ORDER
09-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.02.2013 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 1487C of 2012.
3. As per the report of the learned Trial Court dated 09.06.2026, Complaint Case No. 1487C of 2012 has been disposed of and the accused persons have been acquitted.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71829 of 2018(3) dt.09-07-2026
case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.
6. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the Trial Court report, this case stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
