Sanjay, learned Senior Counsel, who submits that in terms of the order of the learned Single Patna High Court L.P.A No.294 of 2026 dt.29-06-2026 2/2 Judge in C.W.J.C. No. 4819 of 2026, dated 31.03.2026, necessary compliance has already been made and nothing further remains to be considered for further adjudication in the present matter, and therefore, the matter may be disposed of.
