ORAL ORDER
23-06-2026 On repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner however, learned AC to SC-19 is present.
2. From perusal of record, it appears that earlier also on 22.06.2026, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Learned AC to SC-19 submits that he has personal knowledge that while the counter affidavit was being served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner, he stated that he has already given no objection and therefore he would not receive the same.
4. From perusal of record, it seems that a fresh vakalatnama was filed on behalf of the petitioner on 28.02.2025 after taking no objection from Mr. Navin Kumar, learned Patna High Court CWJC No.15516 of 2022(5) dt.23-06-2026
