the informant for marriage. On 03.07.2018 the informant went to Patna with the petitioner where physical relationship was established on false promise of marriage. It is further alleged that the petitioner has also taken jewellery from the informant and when the informant pressurized him for marriage, he left her at Patna railway station. After sometime, there was patch-up between the parties. The informant went to Rajgir with the petitioner and there also the petitioner has established physical relationship with her. Finally on 05.07.2019 the petitioner refused to marry and also threatened the informant of dire consequences and releasing of obscene video of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR itself it is clear that for the first time physical relationship with the informant was being established at Patna where she herself has gone. It has further been submitted that as per the FIR the last date of occurrence is 05.07.2019 whereas the case has been filed on 27.08.2019. It has further been submitted that it is a case of relationship and breakup thereafter between two adults.
