1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. A copy of the letter dated 10.09.2026 asking the counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the present petition has also been placed on the record. The same be scanned and tagged at an appropriate place. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, seeks liberty to apply afresh in accordance with law.
