After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to re-access this Court with better particulars for the same cause of action, specifically citing any guideline/instruction under which the installation of a petrol pump near the site of the petitioner is restricted.
