The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘the BNSS’) is for the issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 03.09.2026 (Annexure P-1).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 03.09.2026 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2 but no action has been taken upon the same.

Having heard learned counsel and after perusing the case file, the petition in hand is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 03.09.2026 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law.
