1. The present review application has been filed under Order XLVII Rule 1 read with Sections 114 and 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking review/recall of the judgment dated 12.02.2026 passed by this Court in CWP No.24673 of 2025.
2. Learned counsel for applicant/respondent No.1 wishes to withdraw the review application with liberty to approach the Division Bench of this Court by filing intra-court appeal against the judgment under review.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
4. Pending misc. applications shall stand disposed of accordingly.
