Present:

NAMIT KUMAR

, J. (ORAL)

1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 30.03.2026 (Annexure P-1), passed by respondent No.3, whereby the petitioner has been relieved from duty with immediate effect.

2. It has been stated in the petition that the petitioner was appointed as Conductor on 19.02.2014 by the respondent-department, whereas a perusal of the impugned order shows that the petitioner was appointed by the outsourced agency i.e. M/s S. Ram Manpower Services Private Limited and the said outsourced agency has also not been made party in the instant petition.

3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars.

4. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 11.09.2026
