JUSTICE JASJIT SINGH BEDI Present: Mr. Rajesh Goyal, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. Diya Sodhi, Sr. DAG, Haryana. **** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 BNSS is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.96 dated 07.07.2026 under Sections 190, 191(2), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3), 303(2), 324(4) and 61(2) BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 149, 147, 323, 324, 506, 379, 427 and 120-B of IPC), registered at Police Station Bapoli, District Panipat.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that all the injuries attributed to the petitioner are simple in nature. The co-accused of the petitioner have been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by this Court. As the petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2026 but the charges have not been framed so far, the Trial of the present case is not likely to be concluded anytime soon and therefore, he is entitled to the concession of regular bail.

3. The learned counsel for the State does not dispute the factual contention that all the injuries attributed to the petitioner are simple in nature VISHAL SETHI 2026.09.11 18:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
