Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.102 dated 25.06.2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 125, 191(3) 190 of BNS, 2023 (Sections 307, 336, 148, 149 of IPC respectively) and Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Mamdot, District Ferozepur, the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing at length, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand.
