1. This petition has been filed for initiating proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for alleged wilful disobedience and non-compliance of order dated 08.07.2026 (Annexure P-1), passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-20209-2026, titled as ‘Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd. vs. District Magistrate, Sonipat and others’.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in deference to the aforesaid order, the possession has been handed over to the petitioner and in view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. He, thus, prays that the present petition be disposed of as not pressed any further.
