1. Present civil revision has been filed for setting aside impugned order dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) and order dated 25.05.2026 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhiwani in consolidated civil suit nos. 519 of 2017 and 1280 of 2020.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel representing petitioners states that he wants to withdraw present civil revision with permission to file separate civil revisions pertaining to aforesaid orders (Annexure P-1 and P-2) and accordingly, withdraws the same.
3. In view of statement, present civil revision stands dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
4. Pending miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stands disposed of accordingly.
