1. Learned counsel for the respondent-GMADA as well as learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.5-M.C., S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali submitted that a similar controversy pertaining to the same vicinity was involved in CWP-27841-2026, titled TDI Infratech Limited versus State of Punjab and Others, which has been decided on 09.09.2026 and therefore, the present petition may be disposed of in the same terms.
