1. Faced with the fact that the present petition is not maintainable in view of the order/judgment dated 24.02.2026 passed in CWP-2733-2026 titled as ‘Vinay Katoch and Others Versus Indian Red Cross Society and Others’, and LPA No.1367 of 2026, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition to avail of alternate remedy that may be available to him in accordance with law.
