1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 1 has submitted that he has instructions to state that the entire issue has been settled with the petitioners and that there is no amount outstanding. He further submitted that the account has thereafter been closed and therefore, no SARFAESI proceedings will be taken or processed against the petitioners.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that in view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.1, the present petition may be disposed of.
