Both the revision pe ons have been filed by the decree holder against the order dated 10.12.2025 passed by the Execu ng Court, whereby his execu on pe on was dismissed, giving him liberty to file a fresh execu on, in case there was any clerical mistake in calcula ng the amount in terms of the Award dated 12.11.1992.
3. Considering the aforesaid factual posi on, par cularly when nobody is appearing on behalf of the pe oner, both the pe ons are dismissed in default, with liberty to the pe oner to get it revived, in case any cause of ac on s ll survives.
