1. Prayer made in the present petition for quashing of proceedings of the meeting dated 09.02.2004 by which petitioner was placed under suspension, might not be surviving due to efflux of time and there being an interim order passed by the Division Bench on 25.03.2004.
2. As per office report, notice issued to petitioner has been received back with the report that his son took copy of summon but refused to give signature.
3. Disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived by demonstrating that cause still subsists.
