There is no representaon on behalf of any of the pares. The maer was admied way back on 05.12.2006 and has been listed today a er a long interregnum.
2. A perusal of the file would reveal that no stay is operang. The revision has been filed against the order arising out of applicaon under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 CPC.
3. Since nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the peoners, the present peon is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecuon. However, the peoners will be at liberty to get it revived, in case any cause of acon sll survives. Copy of this order be sent to the peoners on their last available address.
