Present 3rd petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail, in case bearing FIR No.16 dated 26.02.2025, registered for commission of offences punishable under Sections 22-C/61/85/29 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Civil Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage.
