Present 2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.517 dated 25.08.2024, registered under Section 115, 118(1), 309 (6), 311 & 351(2) BNS (Erstwhile Sections 323, 324, 394, 397, 506 of IPC, (Section 25 of Arms act was added later on) at Police Station Industrial Sector-29, Panipat.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage.
