247 IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA CHANDIGARH CRM-M-46487-2023 (O&M) Date of Decision: 02.09.2026 RAJESH KUMAR

…PETITIONER V/S STATE OF PUNJAB AND OTHERS

…RESPONDENTS CORAM: HON’BLE MS. JUSTICE SHALINI SINGH NAGPAL Present: None for the petitioner. Mr. Akash Yadav, AAG, Punjab.

**** SHALINI SINGH NAGPAL

J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that complaint filed by the petitioner had been consigned to the records after due inquiry as no cognizable offence was found made out. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. On the last two dates of hearing also, none was present on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the petition. The petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
