1. Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.14 dated 18.01.2026 registered for the offences punishable under Section 22C of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station SGM Nagar, District Faridabad.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage.
