Present 2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0122 dated 24.05.2025 under Sections 109/118(1) and 118(2) of the BNS, registered at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage. Ordered accordingly. Liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to revisit this Court, by way of a separate petition, in case there is no substantial progress in the trial after a period of three months.
