Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.11 dated 02.03.2025 under Sections 25, 25(1-B) (A) of Arms Act and under Sections 113(1), 113(3) of BNS, registered at Police Station SSOC Amritsar. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
