The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.7 and 8 and also to direct the official respondents to decide the representation dated 12.08.2026 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted representation dated 12.08.2026 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2 but no action has been taken upon the same.
