Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.211 dated 21.12.2025 under Sections 25 of Arms Act, and Sections 25 (6), 25(7), 25(8) of Arms Act added later on, registered at Police Station A Division, District Amritsar. It is not disputed by learned counsel that the petitioner has not approached the Sessions Court for grant of bail after rejection of the said plea by the concerned Magistrate. Faced with this situation, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to approach the concerned Sessions Court in the first instance.
