1. This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing of FIR No.440 dated 26.9.2022 under Sections 419, 420, 384, 511, 120-B, 468, 471 and 201 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Sector-5, Panchkula, and all proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of settlement deed/compromise dated 26.5.2026 (Annexure P-1).
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand.
