1. Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the Complaint titled as "The Kurukshetra District Primary Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Ltd. Vs Santosh Kumari" vide complaint No. NACT 1569/2018 dated 03.11.2018 and the summoning and notice of accusation order dated 06.02.2019 and 21.05.2022.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already paid twice the principal amount. He further submits that, in view of the provisions of the Haryana Relief of Agricultural Indebtedness Act, 1989, the amount sought to be recovered is legally not recoverable.
3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition to avail the JANKI BHATT 2026.08.28 12:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document appropriate remedy at the appropriate stage or to raise all the pleas before the trial Court.
4. The present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
