**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Article 226 is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos.7 and 8, who are harassing her and also against false implication in any criminal case.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had received a call from Head Constable Kulwinder Singh and, therefore, she apprehends false implication at the hands of the private respondents.
