The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 and also to direct the official respondents to decide the representation dated 21.08.2026 (Annexure P-2) submitted by the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 21.08.2026 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2 but no action has been taken upon the same.
