Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.166 dated 13.07.2025 under Sections 21 and 22 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda. Faced with the situation that the petitioner has not applied for regular bail before the concerned Special Court and has come to this Court straightaway, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition in hand so as to enable the petitioners to approach the concerned Special Court in the first instance. Ordered accordingly.
