1. Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.7 dated 7.2.2025 under Sections 310(3), 238-A, 317(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Lakho Ke Behram, District Ferozepur.
2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage with liberty to file afresh after receipt of requisite FSL report.
