1. Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.247 dated 14.11.2024 under Sections 18/21-C/22 of the NDPS Act, 1985 (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Islamabad, Amritsar.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage.
