1. Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to the officials respondents No.2 and 3 to take action on the representation dated 09.12.2024 (Annexure P-
3) for protecting the life and personal liberty of the petitioners and also directing the private respondents not to interfere in the personal lives and liberty of the petitioners. Further, direction is sought to respondents No.2 and 3 not to allow/let private respondents or anybody else to interfere with the liberty and lives of the petitioners or harass them in any manner against the wishes of the petitioners or to cause any detriment to the petitioners in any manner.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage.
