Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently, certain wrong documents have been annexed. He submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action after annexing the correct documents.
2. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
